Worst stay ever
It was the most disgustingly dirty, stains, burn marks on tub, pubic hair in tub. Bed was sunken in in the middle and screwed up my back. The bed would not push to the headboard so my pillows kept falling behind bed. The post office loading dock was directly outside my window and was awoken at 5:30am w them loading several trucks. Asked for a partial refund and was told the manager would refund it later. And never did. Worst hotel and experience I e ever had. Will be also putting this in google reviews and want to actually call BBB. That place needs a remodel. Expecially with the Wyndham name on it! Do better!

The room was nice and location convenient for my business trips. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast due to renovations. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay.

Where to begin? The bed was awful, the toilet rocked, the tub had nothing to keep from slipping, breakfast non existent and not even a coffee pot in the room until I asked for one. Both nights included loud parties thruout the night, slamming doors. Had to checkout a day early as we couldn’t take it anymore. Pitiful

Stay away!!!!!!!! My room had bedbugs!!! I found a live one crawling in the sheets while getting ready to check out. After checking more thoroughly I found more dead bedbugs behind the bed along the baseboard. I told the front desk staff who did absolutely nothing about!!! I have complained to Super8 and the owners who have also done nothing about. I will be notifying the Morton Grove, IL health department. Also the staff bang the doors early in the morning and woke me up at 6am two days in a row. Stay away!!!!!
