this hotel has gone downhill since 2021 when our friends had their wedding there. the pool had an overwhelming smell of chlorine with zero ventilation, and visible mold growing all over the ceiling, walls, etc. our room was literally next to the elevator shaft so we heard the elevators moving up and down the entire night. the only good thing they have going is the view. obnoxious rap music blasting in the lobby. zero christmas decorations. so many better hotels to stay at downtown this one is not it.

I did not enjoy my stay. I had to switch rooms because our room had small insects all over it, but they could not determine what it was. Also, we requested clean towels and received a towel with a dirty bandage that was used from a previous.

Great place, great location, amazing lake view. Parking is way too expensive and there is no coffee maker in the room (which is a boomer for me). Besides that the rooms are roomy and very comfortable.
