Not worth the price

The address provided on the website is not the correct address to enter the hotel. There was a fee of $120 charged at check-in that was not disclosed to us on hotels.com or by staff. It is supposedly refundable but we were not prepared for the additional expense. The room was right next to the elevator. The bed did not appear to be a queen - the tag claimed so but it seemed much smaller. There was a roach spotted running underneath the bed the first night. The shower leaks. There was not any kind of continental breakfast or even any food other than vending machine fare. Staff were all very polite and helpful but the location was lacking.
