I travel to the Arlington Hts area once a month and will often choose this Comfort Inn because it is a good value. The location is good; they include internet and breakfast. The property, while not fancy is clean and well maintained and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating.

Check in was very unorganized. We checked in at 8pm. Was told room wasn’t ready, to wait 5 minutes before going up. Once in the room, the odor was so bad we almost got sick. Front desk person came upstairs with us to spray something. Now the smell of the spray is so thick, my nose brurns. Luckily the window opens but it’s winter so the room is cold. Won’t stay again

The hotel moved to new location next door so old reviews of the facility are not relevant. It is clean, modern and very friendly service.

Hotel seems dated. Took a while to check in at 9pm. TV remote was missing in the room and there was no shampoo. Bed sheet seems used and dirty. I won't stay here again.
