Check in was ok, but the room appeared desheveled( crooked or damaged lamps, toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor, the ceiling is under repair or something???) The lights above the sink were flickering. The fire alarm went off around 5-530am and it was anon emergency but no one notified me what the problem was which was confusing. Check in in the morning a staff memeber was arguing with another customer who voiced his frustration over the condition of his room and both the staff and customer were raising their voices at eachother. Over all the experince was dissappointing and i will be avoiding this location in the future.

I was extremely disappointed when I got to the hotel and it did not look anything like what the photos were online. There was no elevator, had to walk outside to rooms. The doors were left open on the floor making it very cold in the room, the heater seemed like it was from the 50’s and knobs were broken. People were in and out of rooms all night slamming doors we barely slept. Will never go there again.

No Hot Water.

Average facilities, but the worse was not having any hot water in the washroom. There was no information when I checked in few hours ago. When I complained at the reception, the response was extremely inconsiderate. I was told that the water heater broke and they have no idea when it would get fixed. It severely affected my plans, since I travelled there for a short stay and needed to dress properly for my meetings.

Not great

We stayed here last minute because of a canceled flight and did not have much in the way of choice. We had to switch rooms because the first one smelled so badly of smoke. The second room was a honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room, a fireplace and mirror on the ceiling 😂 The phone didn’t work in either room so I had to make a couple of trips down to the desk (also no elevator, which was a pain for my husband, who hurt his foot and used a scooter). The fireplace did not work (not a huge deal, but just one more thing) and every time the toilet was flushed, it would not stop running until the stopper was lifted. The shower also dripped for about 10 min after use. The bathroom was quite dark because 3 of the 6 bulbs were burned out. Basically an OK place to sleep for one night if you have no choice but not good to stay any longer. It certainly was NOT worth the $145 we paid.

We were given a room with what appeared to be minimal left-over damaged furniture. The lights flickered and the room was not clean. . We asked if there was another room available and the person at the desk accommodated us. The new room was so quite a bit better . . There are renovations being done so after they are finished it might be worth trying this hotel again but for now I would not go back.

Homeless people set up in the parking lot. Made me worried about taking my dog out before bed!!!!! Police showed up at 9 PM for ???? Lady at reception desk though was wonderful!!!!

the property needs updating. The handrail on the stairs is a bit loose and needs maintenance. the Fire doors that are all marked doors must be closed, are all propped open.

The water didn't get much warmer than lukewarm. We had only 2 bath towels for a room for 4, no washcloths. Key cards wouldn't work, even when we got them checked at the front desk, assuming the door scanner didn't work properly. Not super clean. Wallpaper peeling off the walls.
