No FRILLS Motels.
Check-in was easy and fast. We got to our room and there were NO TOWELS. Had to go back to the office and I received 2 small very worn towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 2 small soaps, NO SHAMPOO or CONDITIONER, No towel for the floor. We could not hook up our Firestick to the tv ports they were very old. They haven’t changed since 2016 when I use to stay there. Beds are so-so. Mattress on top of a wood base. Office staff was friendly. These really need to be remodeled. Everything is outdated.

First of all the room had no towels & no pillows, I called Front desk to ask for them and the front desk person was very rude saying that I have to go to pick it up and hang up on me, I call the second time an he yelled at me saying that "I already told you, you have to come and pick it up! " At the next day I went to the front desk and ask for what I need and the same person zero professional was arguing with someone on his personal phone, he didn't pay attention for what I need, I feel the person very agressive
