The staff were very nice and helpful.They deal with a wide range of people and personalities and they handled those interactions (which I witnessed) without missing a beat. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor in the corner between the door and the shower. The bed was really comfortable. There was some kind of dirt/stain in the corner of the elevator. The breakfast was pitiful. Get some real whole wheat bread! Unless you got the coffee first thing in the morning, it was just warm. The Nescafe coffee maker for lattes, cappuccino etc. was horrible. Tasted like instant coffee and the milk foam disappeared quickly. There was no shower cap in the bathroom. In all my travels and hotel stays, this was a first. There were no morning papers or magazines.

Best hotel that we have stayed in. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with several warm dishes, fruit, cereals etc. The best. Close to Kenwood Mall and so convenient. The room was amazing though older but so clean and huge with fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. Love it. Will return again.

This was a nice hotel for a quick getaway to Cincinnati. The room was spacious and the bathroom had been updated. The only negatives were some holes in the wall where a mirror or painting used to be, and where my particular room was, the front lights on the hotel kept my room from being dark.

There is nothing exceptional about the hotel (hey, managers, you might want to hire a clerk who at least TRIES to show a little interest in the guests who are staying there and giving them a job), but there is nothing terrible about it either. We liked the suites. Clean, if a little dated, and the bed and bath were adequate. We would stay again, but there's no reason to seek out this hotel out if you have a better option.

The only complaint we had was the breakfast wasnt that great. The biscuits were hockey pucks. And one the workers got an attitude when we brought it to their attention. Other than everyone was extremely nice. And our room was awesome. Hans at the front desk was awesome tooo
