The room was fine, but there's some problems with the stay this time. It's odd that the main light for the bathroom isn't in the bathroom at all, but on a light switch by the door. Don't like the shower temperature adjustment is on the opposite side of the shower. This meant standing in the spray until the water temperature is right. The BIGGEST problem with the room was the stinkbug crawling up the wall and after killing it with some cologne I took a picture of the dead bug and showed it to the desk clerk as we checked out. She couldn't have been more disinterested and didn’t even offer an apology. Thanks for not caring, Hampton Inn. We will never return to this hotel again!

We stayed at this hotel to be at an early morning doctor's appointment. I would highly recommend staying here. The room was clean, shower was great, everything seemed updated. It had the nicest, safest stairwell I've ever seen. My son used the gym which was also great. The staff was wonderful. We had to leave a day early because we wanted to beat the snowstorm and they graciously gave back our money for the second night. I'm sorry that I didn't get the man's name that worked the front desk on 1/10/25 but he was awesome. Very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The other staff we encountered were also great. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

There was a snow storm so I chose to stay here to be close to work at the local hospital. I’m on call so need to be able to get to work in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed the parking lot was not plowed even the slightest, which made it hard to park. Hope I don’t get stuck in the parking lot when it’s time to go to work

Location is about 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Hotel is brand new in a quiet and safe area. Several fast food places within a 1-2 miles radius. Room was very comfortable, nicely decorated. Bathroom very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was outstanding: eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, freshly made waffles, various muffins, etc. Absolutely recommend this new hotel. Excellent price/quality.
