The bed was very comfortable, but you could hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms/hallway. Don’t recommend for light sleepers. The breakfast had a lot of hot options, and the dollar shuttle service to Newport/downtown was nice.

Hotel Doesn't Pat Attention to Their Own Notes
Had the room for two nights. Called multiple times to tell the hotel we would not check in until 6 am on the second day so please do not give the room away. It was in their hotel notes and they still gave the room away so our room was not ready upon arrival. Really disappointing as they acknowledged it was in their notes.

Room was not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Shower had standing rusty water. Carpets turned my child’s feet black. Couch had either a coffee stain or blood stain. Plus was the breakfast. Best breakfast I’ve seen. Little one loved the automatic pancake machine. Morning staff was very friendly.

Room was clean but my daughter and i ended up with bites on day 2. We both wore pants and ended up with bites/reaction sat (noticed sun morning). Didnt notice bedbugs in our room but who knows. Only difference from day 1 was we went swimming but came back to the room and showed. The other 3 in our room didn't end up with any reaction.

Everything about my visit was great but my beds were very uncomfortable. I have a bad back & the bed didn't help at all. But the staff were kind, helpful and the breakfast was pretty good.

Front desk clerk could not find the reservation when we arrived. Even though I had the confirmation and receipt from Expedia. I was told I had to get somebody on the phone from Expedia before I would be able to get a room along with two children. We then proceeded to have to wait in the lobby for over an hour until this was straightened out and then a room still had to be cleaned. Terrible experience.

We went for an anniversary stay and it was agood hotel. You had to drive to Newport a mile away. There was little bars around where we were at though. I would stay again.
