Overall it was ok the first room we had the doors wouldn’t lock so we got another and it smelled like burned popcorn and fresh paint (smell was over whelming) the pool area was very dirty and smelled. The hallway smelled of bo and pot even tho it’s suppose to be smoke free

The entire place smelled as soon as you walked in. Front desk was uncaring. Elevator had used tissues on the floor. Second floor smelled awful, like we had to cover our noses. Got dizzy and headache. Went to look at pool and the mildew mold smell was so bad. We left and sat in our car trying to get Expedia to help. Gave property our key and told him it smelled and he didn’t care. But said he wouldn’t charge us. Finally found a new hotel and that employee said laquinta is known for bed bugs and rape. That they pay people to give them good reviews. She was a former manager.

Great place to stay, be advised about maintenance.

I brought 6, 11 year old girls here fora birthday pool party and sleep-over. We stayed in two connecting rooms. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and for the price, it really is a great place to stay. Pool was clean, hot tub was clean. A huge huge problem was that at 6 AM on a Sunday morning, there was 2.5 hours of non stop banging above our rooms. I did mention it to the front desk and they informed me it was "general maintenance". It went on and on for what felt like forever. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, I just think at 6:00 am on a Sunday, this was extremely rude and no one offered a resolution.

I really like the ease of use for this property. Traveling with my elderly disabled mother, we can stay in the closest room to entry, much easier to transport her in and out. Shower is great, bed height relatively low so she can transfer herself (mostly). Staff very helpful & pleasant. When she is comfortable in the room or in bed, I can jump in the hot tub!

We had no issues with the cleanliness or appearance of the hotel. The problem we had was with Expedia getting the information to the hotel. It took approximately three hours before our reservation Appeared on Laquinta’s system. We were able to check in. We just had to go back down later on to sign the paperwork when the reservation did come through.

Horrible experience.

Our room was not cleaned the entire time of our stay. There was sudden construction basically in the middle of the night and lasted throughout the day, it was being done right on top of us, we were unaware and no one told us about this, we could not sleep and left the night before checkout.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The customer service was excellent but the hotel is falling apart and not clean. I am glad the rooms weren’t expensive.

Definitely needs cleaning and updated. Within the first 30min of being there, a friendly little cockroach come crawling across the bathroom to greet us. Kitchen staff were heating up breakfast items to serve, on a Styrofoam plate, in the microwave. Hallway walls were filthy and needed wiped down. The place had an odd, dirty and gross smell to it.
