We stayed overnight as a stop on a road trip and the Hampton Inn was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok (what do you expect for free?). Overall, great for a one night stop over

Great per usual.
Our stay was great per usual. The only issue we had is the bathroom sink that didn't drain well. Hot chocolate, coffee and my wifes favorite crushed ice was great.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati / Kenwood is a great place to stay on way to Kentucky or if just staying in Cincinnati. Convenient location off the highway and lots of food choices in the area. Parking is easy but getting into the hotel is a little tricky...look for signs and do not follow GPS. Fantastic staff, who are very helpful.

I reserved a specific type of room, (accessible w/ bathtub).I arrived shortly after 3pm and was offered a non accessible room because my chosen room was not ready. I stated I would wait. the representative went in their back room and never returned as I sat in the lobby. About 45-60 minutes later, another representative came on duty and inquired why I waiting. When I explained, he immediately addressed the situation, offering me a suitable option. The original representative never addressed me again
