Worst Hilton Garden I’ve stayed in. It gives your namesake a black mark! I will be surprised if this is still aHGI the rest of the year! Take your franchise name off it or demand a total upgrade. Really, mold in the shower, handle in faucet falls off, at best lukewarm water, I could go on and on! Dave

Paid a little extra to stay at this hotel for pool and hot tub. Hot tub out of service and the pool area not the cleanest especially the bathroom at the pool had black mold and the door wouldn’t shut. Front desk excellent. Highly recommend checking out distillery next door.

The property overall was great; however, the room and bathroom was terrible! The bathroom shower was peeling and cracked and tile pieces coming off. The bath product caddy was broken and fell on me. The fixtures were rusted and corroded. Very disappointed in the quality of the actual room when the rest of the property was nicely unkept.

Easy stop, could have been better

The carpet in our room was very wet (freshly shampooed) but also had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. The sheets were too small on both queen beds. The beds were comfortable after a long driving day. A staff member walked into our room at 6:15am the following morning not realizing we were in there. Thankfully we were already up and ready to hit the road so i didnt make a big about it. He genuinely apologized. We chose Hilton because it is usually nicer than other options. This one was rather run down with worn furniture and worn bathroom vanity. A little disappointing.

For the cost of the room, I was surprised at the dated bathroom. Everything was just average. Then there was a $50 charge (hopefully refunded) added in case the room had any damage from us. I haven’t encountered that before.

The rooms needs a renovation. The heater/cooler unit needs repair or replacement. Rattles non-stop. The controls don’t work. Had to move to another room at 11 pm which wasn’t a whole lot better. Would not stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

Staff at check in were amazing, helpful, went out of their way to make sure we were cared for. Same thing the next morning for breakfast and check out. Super nice and helpful. Clean hotel. Perfect amenities. Would not hesitate to book again!

Not the condition we expected

For a Hilton and the price, I expected the room to be in better condition. The bathroom was full of rust, water damage on the vanity, large crack in the ceiling and the bed was hard. Staff was great.

Unhappy with No hot water!

We were on the 5th floor. In the morning we had NO hot water to shower! Very unhappy! We decided not to eat breakfast there, $9.95 for a simple hotel breakfast not good!
