Nice home, poor service
We loved the layout of the home but were frustrated each time we had to deal with Vacasa. The worst incident was requesting they fix the lights that were out in the oven and the microwave and they sent a repair person out to our place but send the wrong address in VERMONT! How could they be so awful? This in in WASHINGTON, not even the correct state. They also weren't even keeping us aware of the status of things, we had to call them to check what was happening. They also only let us talk to their central Vacasa hotline folks, never anyone local. We couldn't get more towels, we couldnt get early or late checkout. It was all so frustrating that even though we liked the house we'll never stay there again.
