There was hair in our shower. Our room smell wasnt pleasant. The bed was hard. The overall dirtyness of the entire place. Broken elevator. Other elevator took forever and it kept opening and closing too fast. Alot of people were highly mad that the music was so loud atthebar area. They wouldn't turn the colume down. Wanted to enjoy conversation and evening coffee but couldn't. Id rate my overall stay a 1/10. Very upset i spent that type of moey when i could have got a 4☆

This was a last minute dtay for us as we were visiting family in the area. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single one of them were amazing! We Incredibly friendly- after 2 of the 4 days we were there, the staff welcomed us and our pet by name. Additionally, the hotel was right off the highway, but didnt hear a sound. The pool and inside patio were clean and inviting. Breakfast was greay each day, switching it up everyday we were there. We will be back again!

Convenient older location
This is a large property that offered many amenities. It is showing is it's age, and only one of the four elevators was working regularly during my visit. The housekeeping staff is to be applauded. I wish when they refreshed the rooms they would leave extra Kleenex/toilet paper. It was easy to get it at the front desk, but kind of an annoyance when the elevators weren't working. The morning breakfast was hit or miss. Some mornings great, other mornings, leftovers from the day before. The location on route 82 was difficult to get in and out of. The tavern which is open three or four nights a week provided slow service and an inattentive bartender, but the hamburger was great. The bartender brought me packets of mustard saying I didn't want to walk all the way to the kitchen; it was too far. Likewise, when I waved to get her attention to check out she said why didn't you say something; I had been trying to get her attention from spending time with her local friends for about 20 minutes just to pay my bill. Had she been more attentive, I might have stayed for a second beer.
