When I booked this hotel I expected exceptional service and quality that comes with the Ritz Carlton name and brand.
I had asked several times prior to arrival for a roll away bed to be placed in the room. Upon check in at the desk I was told a roll away would be in the room and watched the employee even write it down. I was told not to worry it would be in the room once it was ready. After waiting past 4:00 to get the room we went upstairs and still no roll away bed. After waiting a few minutes I called again and the gentleman that answered said it would be in the room
In a few minutes and not to worry. Yet again no bed came. I called again before I left the room for dinner was told
It would be in the room when I got back. Come back to the room two hours later and yet again no roll away. Now I call again before going out for the night and this time I’m told not to worry it will be there when we arrive back. Would you like a guess what wasn’t in the room when we arrived back for the night. No roll away! Now at this point where we are tired ready for bed I call again and told it will be up shortly. After waiting and waiting and waiting it was enough. We made a make shift bed with pillows and slept on the floor. Wow! What a great ritz Carlton experience. Sleeping on the floor!
Next issue. Walking into the room for the first time the smell of marjuana was so potent and horrible. Upon asking house keeping several times for help nothing again was done to remove the smell.
