We had an overall pleasant stay. We were 12 people, ranging in ages from 26 to 74. The sunsets on the back porch were lovely, and we had plenty of space in the common areas to cook, eat, and relax. Other observations:
The home and furnishings show more wear in person than in the images.
The house is split into two separate living spaces - the main floor and upstairs are separate from the basement unit, which has a separate kitchen, bathroom and two tiny bedrooms with a larger living room. Accessible by walking down a gravel hill.
The upstairs refrigerator, which runs 50 degrees at best, was not suitable for storing meat products. We stored more perishable foods in the basement refrigerator while cooking everything upstairs, so it was not terribly convenient but workable. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently.
Overall, there are 4 toilets and 3 showers for a house that sleeps 12. None of the main-unit bathrooms had functioning fans. Showerheads were low and the bathrooms had lots of wear. Only one toilet on upper floor for 3 bedrooms, with no shower.
House has mold/mildew issues, which we mitigated with limited success by leaving doors and windows open as much as possible.
The images show the double bed rooms as more spacious that they really are.
Overall, we appreciate the responsiveness of the management team and felt they did a great job with what they had. Not sure we would stay here again, but it did have its charms, especially the beach access and bay views.
