The place was very clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach access was directly across the street and the downtown was 10 min walk. We had a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perfect beach house!
I could not say enough good things about this house, the location, and the host (by letting us check in much earlier than the listed check in time.) The heated outdoor shower was awesome and there were so many convenient items already there such as beach toys/wagon/games/coolers/high chair. We had a great time and wish that we could have stayed a while longer :)

Family weekend getaway
Very easy check in process. Everything you need for a day a the beach coolers, chairs and beach toys for the kids! Not beach front but only 2 minute walk to the beach with some view of the ocean. My family only spent the weekend but after staying there we are going to book a week next year.

Our two-night stay at the Blue Ocean Beach House was fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, offering everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. We especially appreciated the abundance of beach supplies, including chairs, wagons, and toys, making our trips to the shore effortless. The second-story patio with its stunning beach view was a highlight of our stay. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach!

Great house in great location.
We really loved the space and great bed/bathroom layout in this house. House had everything we needed for the beach which was just across the street. This would be a great house for anyone with small kids as they have all the things you could need. The only two downfalls to this property for us were the morning traffic noise as the road does get pretty busy, and the lack of a good outdoor space to hang out. We like to sit outside in the evenings as a family and the back porch really had limited seating and minimal ambiance. A nicer outdoor area would really have made this place for us. Everything else in this place was really set up well and decorated beautifully. We would recommend to others and would definitely rent again.

Amazing house near beach
My family decided to getaway for a few days and we found this listing near Cocoa Beach. As a family of 6, we prefer having plenty of space vs a hotel. This house did not disappoint! The bedrooms were spacious and many options for sleeping. The kitchen/dining/family room area was perfect. We especially loved all the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and toys!! So nice to not have to bring everything to the beach. We all enjoyed the games as well - twister and cards against humanity family edition had us laughing each night. We originally wanted something on the beach but this house was a block away and access to public beach was so easy. We felt like it was a private beach with very few people. The only downside was no lifeguard. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful spot in Coco
We have been going to Coco as a family for several years. The house we normally stay at was sold last year. We have found our new spot! 2 minute walk to the beach, heated outside shower. Bedrooms are all big size and very comfortable. Small balcony that you can see the ocean. The couch was great too! Kitchen had everything we needed and rhe AC worked great! We will be back!

Blue House Stay
Wonderful location, very close to beach. Just cross the street and you are at the beach. Can see the beach with an obstructed view from the porch. Enjoyed sipping coffee out there in the morning or walking down the beach. Very clean house. Great layout for our family. Garage had a wagon, cooler, beach chairs and toys. Provided were towels and beach towels, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen with coffee filters provided for coffee maker. There was enough toilet paper provided for our stay. We did have to buy soaps and paper towel, but they had some to get us started. Plenty of dishware and cookware in the kitchen. Minor issue with the AC, but they did get it remedied for us. Property is as pictured in the photos.

Amazing last minute booking
This was such an amazing home! We loved the modern yet cozy feel! Its proximity to the beach was also a big plus. While it’s not directly on the water we were able to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean waves in the morning and sneak a few peeks at the waves here and there. The televisions were smart tvs which was great for us since we are a streaming family! The kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds, having their own bathroom and tv. The outdoor heated shower to hose off sand etc was just amazing! We had a last minute family illness cause us to look for a place last minute. The ease in which renting from this property was amazing! We definitely would stay here again if our travels bring us back to cocoa beach!
