The online pictures were beautiful thanks to the use of the wide-angle lens camera. In reality, the place is tiny and full of stuff. So much stuff that two suitcases could not find a place to fit. The bedroom is entered via a ladder. If you fall, you'd land right on the wood burning stove. The bed coverings are a fake bear material. With virtually no space in the loft bedroom, there is no place to store it. Temperature was high 90's, so no need for such a bed covering. Also, the only "air conditioning" was a ceiling fan. The owner's son approached us by running and shouting that we weren't allowed to park in front of the cabin but 100 yards away. Not a very pleasant greeting. The final straw was the bathroom located in a room attached to the cabin but accessed by going outside and around to the back of the cabin. In order to use the toilet, a plastic bag needed to be inserted into the bowl first. Goodness only knows what one does once you deposited whatever into it! We left, and to date, no one has contacted to see if we were all right. Ten cents says this review will not be posted thereby tarnishing all the 5-star ratings as seen on the VRBO website.
I suspect they were posted by friends and relatives who are probably well below the age of 50!
Would not recommend this cabin to anyone.
