My wife and I loved being here. It was a fantastic location and we enjoyed sunsets and people, boat, and birdwatching. The beds were super comfortable and it was very restful to sleep with the windows open and hear the birds chirping.
The description is a little over the top with the 'sprawling back yard' and 'two-level patio' and 'sandy beach' - the yard and outdoor space are fine, if a little worse for wear. The property's beach is rocks, which again is fine, and you can walk down the beach towards the sandy areas if you walk in front of the neighboring house. This is not really a complaint about the house or property at all, just a comment on the glowing description which is, like all marketing, a little bit BS-ey. We elected not to use the washer and dryer because they are outside, through a padlocked shed, in a cellar under the house. That's not exactly clear in the description either, and I can see why. :-)
My only serious complaint is that apparently the water is non-potable and we were not informed, so we drank the water all week long. I don't expect there to be any serious issues from that, but it seems like a pretty important thing to be notified about and we were not. Attempting to ask about it at the end of our trip through the VRBO app resulted in 4 or 5 different Vacasa support people saying they were sorry and hoping we had a good time anyway, but I didn't feel like we got a straight answer from the owner in a timely fashion.
