In recent residence, come and enjoy this pleasant villa on 3 faces type T4 with space, quality equipment, 3 bedrooms with each its bathroom and a panoramic view of the bay of Collioure. The accommodation includes, on the ground floor, a garage with parking space, freezer and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor: living room with sofa, equipped with a flat screen, home cinema, dining room with table 6 people and 1 small balcony sea view, spacious terrace, kitchen (4 gas fires, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge), separate WC, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, WC.
Air conditionning in each room and in the living room.

Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

Très belle villa
La villa et la vue que l'on y a sont parfaits, mais... Les +: -la maison est très bien située sur les hauteur, du coup très jolie vue, d'autant qu'il y a 2 terrasses qui permettent d'en profiter; -la maison est très bien équipée (cuisine moderne, grand placard dans les chambres...) -une salle de bain/ eau et WC pour chaque chambre!!! (extra) -pièce de vie spacieuse, lumineuse... -possibilité de se rendre au centre de Collioure à pied Les moins: -certes, on peut descendre à pied, mais pour remonter, mieux vaut avoir la condition physique... -les emplacements pour se garer et le garage (très étroit) -j'aurais apprécié qu"il y ait à disposition quelques petits appareils supplémentaires, tels qu'une plancha, barbecue... Je suis dans l'ensemble très satisfaite de la villa et du séjour que nous y avons fait.

Agréable et bien situé
Location conforme à la description bien située pour visiter collioures Seul regret le réfrigérateur. N a pas de compartiment congélateur Pas de glaçons ! Un peu dommage pour l apéro des vacances .

Logement agréable mais difficile par grosse chaleure
Le logement est agréable , belle vue au calme mais en periode de canicule les chambres sont petites et la climatisation serait appreciable.
