The stay was okay but I was there just to sleep and shower. There was noise from the road and the a/c made a loud noise when it kicked off. It was a last minute decision to stay there since the traffic was so bad.

The Property is older and was nice at one time but now its furniture, room decor, carpet, etc. are very outdated. The property as a whole isnt maintained well at all especially the rooms. The furniture in the living room area of the room had heavy staining on the cushions and the arm rests and the computer desk chair the legs were about to fall off. The layover latch on the door didnt work. The room is dark even with the lights on I imagine so the condition of the room isnt as noticeable initially. The shower diverter was stuck so could only take a shower and the wash rags had stains on them. In the bedroom there were bloody boogers on the wall by the dresser the tv sits on. Saw roaches in the hallway when going from the room to the parking lot. Website says that they have a business center with a printer and they actually do not have a business center at all and when I asked the front desk agent about it and they were confirming that they didnt have a business center i asked if they could print something for me if i emailed it to them and they said no and got an attitude about the situation.

The staff was very friendly and prompt at the desk. The contential breakfast was adequate: biscuits and gravy, bagels, pancake machine, no eggs... Juices and condiments. All was good and very clean space where breakfast was served. The pool was warm and also clean, the hot tub was lovely and hot. The price is worth the pool and free breakfast. The parking lot filled up fast, leaving no spaces at night. There's a long list of places that deliver food, the staff was great with recommendations for that. The room was clean and pretty much spotless... The couch did have some old stains and the tub did as well. The sheets and bed were clean. Very dated hotel but clean. Two complaints: Fix the screens on the windows or lock them. It's a hazard. There was no duvet cover, it was two separate sheets covering it... For a chain hotel there's no excuse for linens. This can be a cleanliness issue if not properly cleaned Everytime since it's exposed. Overall the price and amenities was worth it.

Staff was amazing, professional and friendly. Hotel itself was out of the way and quite old. Definitely needs renovated.Also smelled moldy and closed up.

Slow check in, no shower curtain or hair dryer
We checked in late and had to wait behind a couple that had issues. I was not acknowledged that I was obviously waiting for my turn. It was finally my turn to check in and it took quite some time, wasn’t sure if something was wrong as the check in person seemed very unsure. We got to the room and were very tired since it was so late. When we woke up we realized there was no shower curtain and knew it would take too much time to get someone to bring us one so we just had to make do. Then we realized there was no hair dryer so my husband had to go to the front desk to ask for one. I was grateful for a place to sleep but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who had another choice.

The room was cleanish but the property is very aged and in need of a remodel. The room had a musky odor upon entering. Also bring cash as drinks and snacks purchased at the counter can’t be charged to your room or by debit card.
