I will preface this by saying that this is a very good value for an overnight stay.
But now a couple of things...
1. My room happened to be an "accessible" room. The shower curtain was so long that it hung down well into the tub. That meant stepping on it frequently during my shower. And that made it VERY slippery! Not good for an "accessible" shower!
2. The coffeemaker did not work properly. It made about a third of a cup and then turned itself off. I tried a few more times until I had half a cup. The rest of the water in the reservoir remained.
3. I understand that this is an older property. I also understand that "you get what you pay for" is at play in budget hotels. However, one should be able to expect certain things. The carpet in my room was absolutely nasty. I made the mistake of letting my bare feet touch it for a moment. you could feel the almost-damp feeling of an old, almost-rotting, dirty carpet.
I did very much like the fact that neither the bed linens nor the towels had any smoke odor at all, nor did the room. That's a big plus for me. And other than the carpet, the room was nice and clean.
It comes down to what you need a room for. Vacation stay for 2 or 3 nights? Not recommended. (If I had needed to stay another night, I would have at the very least requested a working coffeemaker and a new shower curtain, and possibly a different room with a cleaner carpet.) One night? As mentioned, it's a good value.
