Place had no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. Management company felt it was out reaponsibility to change our plans to wait for a maintenance to address the issue. They sent a technician at a time we told them we won't be in the apartment. The tech was annoyed that we weren't there on their first visit, even though we were on the phone with the property management and told them we were out. We requested a partial refund, which was denied, because they eventually sent someone. The place was not very clean.
