Great staff! Hotel and lobby are very nice but the rooms are horrible very stain and torn up the first room was so bad they moved us to a different room which was better but still bad. Went to take a shower and no hot water so they sent someone to are room which they showed us you had to turn the shower and sink both on and wait 20min to get hot water. Definitely wont stay again you can get a nicer room at red roof

Wonderful Staff.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the young man at the front desk that checked us in. Also, Michael in the food service are was very helpful.

It all about getting your $

To me drink prices at the bar are too high, no in room refrigerator, $3 for bottle of water in the room is just price gouging. These little things just annoy me. Your paying high $ for the room you should get something in return.

No towels in the room..not a single 1. Went to front desk to ask where to get towels to be told they’d ask housekeeping to bring.Never arrived.Finally at 10pm get towels from the pool area after going to front desk a2nd time

Room was in bad shape and smelled like a basement due to poor hvac system. Room was never cleaned and no towels were switched out. The lady at the front desk in the evenings needs to find a new job because her attitude was horrible. The little market they have is WAY over priced into gouging prices. $6 for a bottle of water is ridiculous! &5 for a small bags of chips l. Over all a poor hotel to stay at.

So sad

My room was apparently given to someone else we reserved a king size bed and the gave us two doubles didn’t even tell us. Then when we called the front desk they just pretty much told us we were out of luck. We got this hotel so we could swim as we did last year and the pool was closed as well. It sucked to plan a Valentine’s Day get away to have to sleep in a separate beds

Classy and clean

Our King standard room was large and cozy. It had a oh so comfy bed, pull-out sofa and chair. The bathroom was nice and large for two to move around in the room at the same time. Everything was clean. Temperature was perfect. The hotel lounge/bar was very nice. Bartenders were attentive but didn't hover. Check in and check out was smooth using the app. My only complaint was the prices on the drinks. I understand it's a hotel bar, but I could have spent half the amount on my drinks by crossing the parking lot. Otherwise, outstanding. I'll stay here again when I go to Columbus for a long weekend.
