Great property. Very clean. The staff was really nice. Breakfast had a lot of variety- probably the best bacon I’ve ever had from a free hotel breakfast and super generous with eggs! Fitness center was small but decent. And free charging for our electric car was the biggest plus! My only complaint was there was no water available but there was coffee, tea, and cookies - so definitely not a deterrent. Will definitely return in the future when we come to visit OSU.

Our truck window got smashed and completely ripped out. Our whole passenger side was covered in ice and glass over night ruining the leather. The GM Ryan did not help at all, all auto shops were booked for the whole weekend because break ins happen daily yet the hotel never told us when we checked in. We had no choice but to leave because our truck would’ve been broken into again and we’d be out another $1000. Definitely will not ever be back since we didn’t even get a refund for our 4 nights booked when we only stayed 1. Horrible horrible horrible customer service

A comfortable stay!

We really liked the room layout. The bed was in an alcove. There was a sectional with a foldout bed and big ottoman. TV was visible from the bed and the sectional. Plus, there was a desk small kitchen sink with the frisge (bu t no microwave! ) Bath had a walkin shower with sliding doors. Breakfast was very good!

Check in was awful, elevators weren't working, bathroom was sooooo small, no hot water the first night, bed was lumpy, pillows were no bigger than pillows off your couch, temp in room was either really hot or really cold. Noisy neighbors. Will never return.

Just traveling through and one night stop. Clean, simple checkin. Loved the spacious king room with sitting area. Used fitness room. Treadmills were nice. Breakfast was very bland even though they had all the usual choices. Pancakes and vanilla yogurt were the only things I liked. Oatmeal looked good though with all fixings. Tazo tea was good. I guess I wonder why would hotel bother having tasteless food. Waste. But everything else was perfect and definitely come back again.

Very clean, very comfortable lodgings. Appreciated the availability of EV charger. Wish there were more Level 2’s (or maybe Level 3) and that instructions for use were clearly posted. It was unclear which chargers were available to guests and how to activate the chargers.
