We stayed for a family gathering and the home was perfect. Well stocked and offered a lot of items for a big group, particularly in the kitchen cabinets for cooking and serving group meals. View of lake and fall colors was wonderful!

Great house for a big group
The place was everything we expected. We had 5 families during our kids Cooperstown week. Great location, very easy, lake is beautiful. We brought the whole team back for a BBQ and a break from the bunkhouses and it was perfect for entertaining. Lots of games available at the house. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning home! It was perfect in every way! We shared the home with one other family and there was more than enough space for all of us! A little dated but service of property manager and team made up for some of the issues we had. Lots of room for kids and adults to have their own space. Lake dock was superior with many water toys available- kids had a blast. Beautiful views and stunning sunrises from every room!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. It came fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a strong septic smell but the owner responded quickly and he said he would have it looked at. The house is on a main road and is very busy. Overall the stay was fantastic.

Perfect House for Multiple Families with Children
We stayed at the property with multiple baseball families for a week. The house was super clean and provided all the linens and supplies that you could possibly want. It was amazing to not have to pack extra things. The best part was all of the activities there were to do for the younger siblings and adults - pool table, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit, swing set, horse shoes, fishing, and kayaking. Definitely would recommend this house and we would go back!

The house was amazing! Beautiful view, living area/kitchen with open floor plan was perfect for everyone being together. We had 4 families with kids ages ranging from 9 months to 17. There were accommodations inside and out that gave all ages something to do. Great location with easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and Dream Park. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Stay!
We had an exceptional stay! We highly recommend this house for anyone coming to the area. It is the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in-they have thought of everything! So many extras at the house that made things so easy for our crew of families there to watch our boys play baseball. The house is perfect for multiple families, so many fun yard games for the kids, the lake is gorgeous and they have thought of everything to make the lake fun! The Ultimate Vacation Spot
This property has all of the amenities and more! We stayed with a few families for our children's week playing at Dreams Park in Cooperstown and this was the perfect location to relax after long days of baseball and unwind. The pictures don't do it justice! The view is incredible, the house is spacious and has everything you could need to cook and relax. The lake dock had canoes, paddle boards, life vests and fishing poles. We caught 4 fish! I would come back here and do it over and over again. The property management team is responsive and ensures you are happy during your stay. This was the best vacation we have ever taken as a family. If you are looking for a place to stay, this location is worth every penny.

Perfect Home for DreamsPark Families!
This is our 2nd stay in this home. We were here 4 years ago when our oldest played at the Dreams Park and we absolutely loved (and appreciated) the updated bathrooms, the basement bunk addition, and the outdoor spaces (including the garage with the pool table and ping pong table). The view is stunning and star gazing at night is incredible. We highly recommend this home! I wish we had another child who will be going back to the DreamsPark so we could stay here again but we have told many people that when it's their time to play, THIS house is a must!!

Family ties
As like other families, throughout the years we have moved to other states and don’t get to see each other regularly. We had a summer cottage across the lake for 25 years. In 2006, our cottage was destroyed in a mud slide. This home has given my family an opportunity to reflect, remember and reconnect as to why we love Cooperstown. This home was complete in every aspect for us. The only thing we needed to do was buy our food. They provided us with a beautiful home, spectacular grounds and water activities (kayaks, paddle boards and numerous floats) that made it especially enjoyable for all ages. I would recommend to everyone this very special place

Perfect for family reunion!
Loved the location, size, proximity to town, but mostly the dock with toys to enjoy the lake! Great lawn games, fire pit with wood, and patio for outdoor dining. Great Wi-Fi for those who had to check in with work. Good TV connection for the ball games. Washer/dryer conveniently located upstairs. Responsive and pleasant property management. Easy check in/out. Just what we needed to enjoy our family!

Family Celebration
This wax a perfect setting for celebrating our daughters nursing graduation. Weather was awful, but didn't deter us from having a terrific time. This home is wonderful, large and inviting, fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of games available including pool, ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, etc. The view from the home is wonderful and Cooperstown lovely with many opportunities to keep active despite the rain and cold.

Fantastic Lakefront & Dock!
The most perfect lakefront with large L shaped dock. Plenty of room to sit and relax while our boys ran the length of the dock and jumped in the lake all day long! Also, very easy access from the shore to launch kayaks. House just as perfect... very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views from every room. All the extras... basketball, ping pong, lawn games and bonfire pit kept our very energetic boys completely happy. Hosts have thought of pretty much everything here! Thank you for sharing with us!

Perfection on the lake
We just stayed at this beautiful property for a week. We had the best time! Our stay was absolutely magical. We cannot wait to go back. The house is beautiful and had every amenity you could dream of. From pots and pans and other kitchen essentials, to outdoor entertainment and supplies for the lake, it was fully stocked! My kids (9 and 6) had the best time, it was such a kid friendly house. The dock at the lake is huge we spent hours down there everyday, and the deck boxes have all the essentials you need to enjoy a day at the lake. Lake Otsego itself is beyond beautiful and the privacy we had at this dock made it seem like we had the lake to ourselves everyday. It is also a short drive into Cooperstown which was really nice. This was the perfect getaway and exactly what we needed. The owner Jeff was so easy and lovely to deal with which made everything that much more wonderful.

This house had it all! We stayed in this home with a few other families and all were amazed with how well appointed the house was and the beautiful setting! Property management was a text or phone call away if we needed him. HIGHLY recommend this rental home.
