The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing.

Great location everything else was pretty average, not to say it's bad but nothing stood out, also the check in was a nightmare with around 100 people all checking in at the same time, the self check in pcs kept crashing and just 2 people chocking in on the desk it took a good 40 minutes.

Okay.

It was okay, could be noisy at times. Have stayed at the CABINN metro before and much prefer that hotel. Staff were blunt. Decent location walking distance to the train station. Toilets downstairs were horrendous and looked like they had not been cleaned, human waste on the walls. Rooms were fine. Don’t think we would stay at this hotel again.

Our room was smaller than a closet but fits our budget and was very functional. The entire place was clean with lots of space to lounge. Front desk staff were very helpful. The bed was single (European size) and the sheets and towels were clean. Bring wall adaptor coz U.S. plugs will not work here. There's luggage storage and a laundry room complete with folding table and ironing supplies. This was a totally welcome surprise. The property is a 5 minute walking distance to the mall (Fisketorvet) so you’ll have plenty of dining options, and to Kobenhavns bus terminal. It's a 17 minute walk to Kobenhavn H, or 10 minutes if you prefer bus. Tivoli gardens is right across the H. There are 2 bus stops within 3 minutes from the property, and if you prefer Viggo or Taxa (taxi service), they're right across the street parked in front of Tivoli Hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
