Great hotel and staff

Check in staff were very pleasant, as were the bar staff. The room was lovely, though the bed was quite soft. Overall a very nice hotel, and would definitely stay again

My go-to hotel every time I visit the area! The only complaint I have is the vent in my bathroom (305) was consistently making noise. I shut the door, which helped, but I could still hear it slightly. Msy want to review for needed repairs.

Has been a better stay previously

Hotel is always clean, comfortable and accommodating ! This trip things were slightly off: the room was slightly outdated, lamp shades had cracks / tears and carpet hard several stains, snags, chairs had lint all over, missing hotel directory from room ?, the shower temp was constantly changing too hot, then freezing and back to super hot, the shower had very little pressure and most of the water was flowing into the tub and not through the shower nozzle(had to hold this otherwise not much water) The hotel was extremely busy and this may have been a factor, dated:old rooms were dispatched to patrons. The food was good but not great and that also was disappointing !

(Much) Better Than Your Average Airport Hotel

The hotel isn't far from the airport, but as the weather was being very Irish at midnight, the hotel sent their shuttle which appeared within 5 minutes. Night reception was good, got me a Guiness even though it was after midnight, The room was warm and comfortable, albeit with a small bathroom with no space to unpack your toiletries. TV great, bed comfortable room spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Aside from the friendly service, what separates this from other airport hotels is that the general ambience is one of a modern country hotel, with Chesterfields near reception (the washrooms are fantastic), cosy bars and lots of books lying around. Overall, excellent.
