The room was dirty,the bed sheets had stains on them,the shower curtain was ripped,the dresser drawers were filthy so we left our stuff in our suit cases. Was not an overall good experience.

Only first arrive the staff was very nice I got us in quick the only thing is when we first walked into our room it kind of had it mildew smell. We thankfully brought my Scentsy and some air freshener and it was okay after that. The room was actually really clean the area was clean. We also have a breakfast there one day normal I guess breakfast that they provide cereal toast waffles and some eggs. Overall this stay was pretty good the hotel was pretty quiet.

Pros: Location is great. Reasonable rate. Breakfast had good variety. Cons: No Wi-Fi the first day, even though they gave me the password as if it was working. Staff said they didn’t tell me because it was down either way so what difference did it make. Not very customer focused. I stayed 3 days and there was no room service ever even though they told me they cleaned rooms every other day.

Front desk assistant very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Pool and hot tub was cleaned and well kept. Room was nice and clean. Big room!! We had 2 queens and a couch. Restroom fully stocked. Body wash, Shampoo, conditioner provided. Plenty of towels. Will recommend and will definitely stay again.

Paying 50$$$ for a pet and there is no garbage cans to toss dogs waste in nor bags. Walked my dog in the grassy area out side of the dog run and her and I both were covered with sticker.But I will say the dog run I didn’t have issues with stickers just that there was a lot of dry mowed grass and trash and poop in the runs. I will say tho for the cost to stay in their rooms is great for what they charge.
