the property was great, location excellent, however, my experience at check in was not the greatest. They need to provide better costumer service. the gentleman who checked us in didn't know what he was doing and took almost 45 minutes. he was so lost and wasn't helpful at all.

Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and our neighbors both upstairs and next door were quite loud. Parking was a breeze and breakfast was good.

I booked two rooms. When doing this previously the rooms have always been close together, if not adjoining. This time the rooms were on separate floors. The hotel was able to get us on the same floor but it took awhile and one room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. And my common issue, two people in a room and only one packet of coffee. How does that make sense?

Beautiful modern rooms. Megan at the front desk was a friendly face to see after adventuring and would ask about your day. She is the star of the hotel! The fire pit was lovely to use at night while looking up at the stars! Breakfast rotated hot options daily and they were all very good.

Really nice! The hotel is like new. Crisp, clean and very stylish. We used the outdoor seating area with fire pit a couple of evenings and it was wonderful for visiting with family. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. I found the bed a little hard but that is about the only negative that I have. We had a very nice stay and would definitely go back.
