Giving a minus to BW instead of a plus.
On second floor the sign & arrow sad: ICE MACINE, but there was none. I told the service desk & they were non committal & no help with finding an ice machine. Uncooperative. I asked for 2 additional pods of decaf coffee & they said there was none, but I could get coffee in the eating areal. Don't want to go down to first floor for decaf coffee late at night - NO ! ! The coffee pot needed to be plugged in, bu there was NO OUTLET CLOSE TO COFFEE POT. I took the coffee pot to the bathroom to plug in. I didn't find a guide for TV channels. *** Not staying at Best Western Plus again. I'm calling that location Best Western Minus. PERIOD.

Hotel was clean with the lobby and complimentary breakfast area very nice. Bathroom was somewhat dated, but housekeeping had it clean. Room lighting was dim. Bed was comfy. Good place to stay. Left our car there for 7. a night with a transportation shuttle to the airport.
