This is a difficult review because I wanted to give this house 3 1/2 stars. However, that is not an option. First, let’s start with a good. The house met our needs, which was a kid friendly house for a total of five people. We traveled with our two elementary school-age kids, and 80-year-old grandmother, my wife and me. The house had a washer and dryer that worked wonderfully. There was also a grill that was available although we did not have time to use it. The kitchen was so so although it had plenty of space and we were able to find most of the utensils that we needed, including all of the basic ones. The only real cutlery that was missing was a knife set, which we were able to work our way around. We were only in the house for about 12 hours. The listing mentioned that it was closer to the beach and Meby one’s experience changes if that person and or his her family went to the beach. We did not. The television was easy enough to use. There were two bathrooms also. Our biggest issue with the property is the location. Keeping in mind that we live in a large city, when we looked at the house after we pulled into the driveway, we were a little nervous. The house is bordered by some trailer homes and also some thing that I can only describe as kind of industrial in nature.I don’t think you could actually call neighborhood. I would not feel comfortable walking with my kids in the area. Maybe this is just the view I had pulling in at 8 o’clock in the evening and leaving at 10
