Grand salon / salle à manger avec canapé-lit et télévision à écran plat. Planchers de terrazo dans toute la maison. Le salon s'ouvre sur la grande salle de jeux de Floride. Profitez d'un trou de maïs, d'une table de ping-pong, d'une télévision et d'une station de jeux. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, un sol stratifié en bois, une télévision à écran plat, des placards pour lui et sa salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. De l'autre côté de la maison se trouvent les deux chambres d'hôtes - la chambre d'amis n ° 1 a - 2 lits superposés - plein en bas et un jumeau en haut. Chambre d'hôtes # 2 a un lit king size, salle de bains et placard. Il y a une salle de bain d'hôtes entre les deux chambres avec un combo baignoire / douche. Il y a un foyer au bois entre le salon et la salle à manger au centre de la maison. La cuisine comprend deux fours, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes intégré, un évier double et un coin petit-déjeuner. Buanderie intérieure avec laveuse et sécheuse. Machine à glaçons commerciale !!!! 2 glissades pour votre bateau sans toit - bateaux avec tours OK!
Il y a un grand porche grillagé à l'arrière de la maison donnant sur l'eau. 2 cales de bateau. À côté de la maison se trouve une grande zone clôturée pour les animaux domestiques et les remorques à bateaux. Il y a un grand garage et 3 kayaks disponibles pour les clients. Cette maison est à distance de marche de Plantation Golf Course, restaurant, bar tiki et location de bateaux. Petits animaux acceptés avec frais pour animaux. 12 couchages! Apportez vos bateaux ou louez-les à côté. La rampe de mise à l'eau est à quelques minutes. Regardez les lamantins arriver jusqu'au bord de la mer. Spring Break!
We loved the property. Perfect for our two family’s. Tons of space and above and beyond everything you need. Ping pong table was a huge hit! We were there to kayak and see manatees. 3 sisters spring is an absolute must! It was a long paddle for our crew but we made it! Very close to hunter springs beach. We took the kayaks there and launched them. That is a must do as well! On our last day we rented a boat from the adventure center across the water and had a fabulous time seeing everything by boat. We hope to visit again soon!

Family Manatee Vaca
There were 6 of us that made it out of 11. We could have easily and comfortably slept all 11. The convenience to get on the water daily was superb! We saw 5 manatees playing in the canal for over an hour, and we were even visited by 3 bald eagles at one time! Game room was an added bonus for the teens. We had a great time sitting on the screened porch watching the rain. Super spacious and 3 bathrooms made for great privacy for all. Loved this home!!

Perfect winter getaway!
Great house four our group of 9 and a couple of pups! Close to everything in town, easy paddle to all of the springs, well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, manatees in the back yard, etc. Had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Down Time Needed
The house was simply amazing. There was enough room for everyone and then some if needed. We loved the 2 master suites with the on suites. The location was perfect. Excellent location
House is located on a quiet dead end street. House is very spacious and clean. It is equipped with everything you need so no worries about forgetting anything. It has multiple boat slips. I have a 26’ fishing boat and had no issues getting in and out. With all of that said the best part was how accommodating and helpful the owners were. You won’t regret renting this house.

Great spacious house. The ping pong table and ice machine were great additions. Having a place to park the boat trailer was great! The no-seeums were bad in the evenings and the tidal swing made it difficult to use the boat slip. Outside of those two things which the host can’t control, everything was Awesome!

Great stay!
This house was perfect for 4 adults - comfortable king size beds in 2 of the rooms. Loved sitting on the back patio watching boats and kayaks. The ping pong table was fun to play also.

Excellent summer family weekend
House is extremely clean and prepared with everything you need for a fun family vacation. Very functional layout. The owners have thought of everything and are very easy to communicate with. House is directly across from Plantation Inn on a narrow canal. The kayaks and boat slip are very convenient. House is pet friendly but would never know it! All around excellent.

Fantastic location with everything you need!
This house is located very conveniently near the plantation inn in the heart of Crystal River. The house has a wonderful open floor plan which makes it very spacious. The large dinning room table allowed for nice family meals and cards games. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve family meals. The ping pong table was a big hit as well. The dock has easy access to the canal and we had no problem docking or accessing the canal with our 25 foot boat. Check in was a breeze. Dani is a great host!

Great family vacation
Our family, and it’s a large one with lots of bonus siblings, does a yearly trip. Everyone said hands down this was the best house! With the boat docks right out back, the Plantation around the corner and Winn Dixie up the street it was amazing! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips! The few times I had to reach out Dani was amazing and super helpful! All in all a wonderful family vacation!

Great spot to stay and dock boat. Easy access to waterways for a great day of fishing or scalloping. Everything is here for a wonderful stay. Hosts are warm, responsive and thought of everything to ensure home is perfectly equipped. A great choice for our long weekend with friends.

Perfect Crystal River Canal Hideaway

House is nice. Location is great. Plenty of puzzles to keep us busy. The grill did not work. Kayak sank in the middle of lake. Not very fun! laundry machine makes an awful noise. House had plenty of room for our big family. Great screened patio. We spent most of our time out back!

The property was exactly as listed. Clean and stocked well. We enjoyed dinner on the covered patio watching the manatee swim by. We brought our boat and loved the relaxing rides around the area. We will be back!!

Lovely time
We came to visit Crystal River with my parents and kids. House was great. Location was nice. The kayaks were lots of fun for the kids. The screened in porch was my favorite. The ice maker was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best rentals we’ve found in the size and price range from our trips around the country.

Amazing Time!
My 5 friends and I stayed at this awesome home for a girls' weekend in January for the manatee festival! It was absolutely perfect. We launched our kayaks during the day and hung out on the large patio at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Great location! We kayaked to the Waterfront Social for drinks & lunch and saw lots of manatees! Thank you Dani for your hospitality.

Extremely delightful!
Our annual family vacation was just delightful thanks to the last minute availability of this property in Crystal River. This was our 2nd visit to Crystal River and it was equally outstanding as the first time last Christmas! The pictures are accurately portray the space, our family of 8 adults and 2 teenagers had plenty of room. The comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen, plethora of games, kayaks, ping pong table, cornhole boards and extra large screened in porch area made this an awesome place to hang out and enjoy one another's company. The separated side fenced in yard was a bonus and allowed our dogs to enjoy being outside with us without us having to worry abut them ending up in the river! We are looking forward to returning to the area next year and will definitely reach out to Dani Scott and her amazing team to book a future stay. PS We would like to say a HUGE thank you to the housekeeping team for finding my brother's treasured pictures that he accidentally left behind. XOXO!!!
