The hotel was amazing The front staff was attentive and extremely helpful. They helped with reserving airport transportation, restaurant reservations and answering general questions. The rooms were large, clean and had all necessary supplies. The food and courtyard areas were well maintained and inviting.

The hotel staff were incredibly rude to me when I invited a friend from a different hotel over to plan for our trip the next day to Macchu Picchu. They insisted I could not have anyone in the hotel without them scanning their passport, and said since I only had “1 person” listed on the room that meant that nobody else could ever enter. This is unheard of for any hotel I’ve ever been to across 25 different countries. It seemed very homophobic and disingenuous. Do not recommend that you stay here.

Our room was nice, although there was a disco going on nearby. Our children’s room was on the other side of the hotel, and they didn’t hear any noise. Breakfast was good.

Perfect place for our Cusco stay both before and after trekking machupicchu. Orgánica restaurant and a pharmacia right across the street. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.
