Even though the hotels.com website says check-in at noon, the hotel told me check-in was at 3pm. They did get the room ready earlier though. Note that the complimentary airport shuttle doesn't work on weekends!

I had a nice stay here. It's a short walk to the historical town square. And also very close to where I took the bus to the Macchu Picchu train. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Only negative thing was housekeeping didn't replenish the water bottles in my room one day after having it cleaned. It was on the day I went to macchu picchu and I got back late. Room service wasn’t available so I was without drinking water that night and morning after.

The hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The services are excellent. The only thing I would add is that if you want to have a quieter room, ask for a room facing away from the street.
