Best customer service in all departments! Room was clean, but can be cleaned better because of dust and webs. First I got a room on 8th floor, had mold. So I got changed to room on 11th floor, that was much better. I like the bathroom, great! The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the staff can practice food safety better. Afternoon tea was included, but it's just a small plate of similar items from breakfast. The swimming pool was nice and clean and new, though the water was very cold. The beach was easy to walk to, just a few blocks away. We found good chinese food and Italian food next to the hotel. And a laundry service across this hotel!

Hotel is nice, clean with new facilities. Buffet breakfast food excellent with many choices. Staff in the hotel is very friendly, helpful and polite. Covenient location 150 meters, almost on the beach, nearby many restaurants, shopping, entertainment, spas and massage parlors. Great hotel
Very nice hotel and friendly staff. They decorated the room for us for our honeymoon. We also used the hotel transportation to Hoi An and the hotel driver was so kind and caring. He even ran after us when seeing that we were walking in the wrong direction and told us where to go. Would absolutely stay here again!

Was a nice stay. Staff friendly. Rooms were clean. Excellent breakfast (but very busy). Took off a couple stars for a few reasons. Bathroom layout is tight and awkward. They were not able to accomodation the late check out that was included with the booking (Expedia). Location isn't the greatest. Professional photos are not quite realistic. If I return to Da Nang I would stay in a different area.

The hotel was looking good on the street but once we’ve got the room that located for our family of three we were very disappointed.the room was dark and had an unusual smell that made our stay there hard and stressful with Da nang rain for the whole six days that we were staying there.Hotel’s staff were great but the property was not up to 4 stars standard

This is the second I stayed in this hotel. There is no change here. Staff is friendly n helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. The room is big n clean. Incredible hospitality and amazing location.
Amazing hotel, 1 block from the beach. Amazing breakfast that changes daily. The staff and Bobby, the manager, made our stay experience even more perfect. My husband and I came 2 weeks earlier and brought our grown kids the 2nd time and it was even better because of Bobby. Absolutely recommend this hotel for everyone.
