The Omni Dallas was a great place to stay at. My wife ran the Dallas half marathon so it was a great spot for us to stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was top notch. Will be staying here again!

We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean only annoying part was the needed a key to keep the electricity on in. Bob’s Steak house was delicious! It surpassed all of the reviews. Would recommend!!

The room we were assigned had a non functioning heater/air so we had no control the first night. There was a funny black square on the bathroom mirror that there was no written or verbal explanation for and it interferes with dressing routines. we requested wake-up calls that never came. we requested additional washcloths and they brought 2 large bags of linens ( mostly bath towels ) we received 1 tiny square of soap for 2 people for 3 nights On our first day no housekeeping was provided with no explanation the waitress that we had in the upscale restaurant knew nothing about timing and kept intruding and trying to rush us the valet crew was cordial ad efficient

Semi Special Anniversary
For our 8th anniversary, we decided to celebrate at Bob's and stay at the OMNI.The restaurant was amazing, the stay was good, but the atmosphere was a little disappointing. While sitting at the bar enjoying our evening, a fight broke out, and whiskey was spilled all over my dress. The police did come, but it was disappointing to see that the patron was allowed to come back into the hotel and sit back at the bar! We overheard that he was DFD, so I guess he talked his way out of his mess. I was a little sad to see that it put a damper on our special night. Do better Omni, at making all your guests comfortable. Also, the Valet was apparently an 8 minute wait, and we waited for over 30 minutes. This was our 2nd anniversary spent there, and sadly may be the last for a while.
