The stay started excellent then went downhill fast second nigh tv went out only had infomercial channels and there was a loud banging outside out window every 30 seconds starting at 6-am through checkout. And we were up 17floors so we couldnt see what or where the noise was coming from. Sent 5 people to our room to confirm what we said. I had to call expedia and the hotel to get compensated. Only offered partial refund of half of a night. No breakfast no voucher. Just tough luck sorry. Our home was flooding and we came to the omni for solace not to be met with more mess. I was disappointed in the response and correction offered as i have had conferences and been to this location many times.

This experience was a 10/10 the location was very peaceful & had so much to do around it the staff was top tier I usually go with air b&b as but I think from now on when I come to Dallas I’ll definitely be staying here at this location

We had a recently renovated spacious room with a view of Lake Carolyn and Dallas. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There are restaurants within walking distance and the sidewalk around the lake is nice for walking.

Staff was super friendly and seemed motivated to make sure we had a great experience. Room was amazing, didnt want to leave. Bar/Restaurant also had good food and excellent service. Can spend the entire weekend here no problem.

The hotel is very nice and has great views from many of the rooms. The staff at the restaurant were more than friendly and the food was perfect. Unfortunately our premium room was next to the elevator shaft which made loud noise all night. The following morning I asked for a different room and was given the same room location, but on the other side of the elevator shaft. After this we ended up at a third room across the way which was a bit quieter, however the heater was broken. We called to have it fixed and the service person came up, fixed it, but did not close our room door. The hotel did adjust part of our bill and did leave us a food plate and bottle of wine, but I really just wanted them to say sorry. Sorry for a lost night of sleep on my vacation and for so many issues. I wrote an email to the general manager but he would not get back to me and I only spoke with the same person who I had the issues with all along. Again, he never apologized and I wonder if he was on vacation and had the same issues, would be want to be treated how I was? Many other people in line were treated with a large amount of respect and kindness, this was not the case with me. I hope if you stay at this hotel, you can get a room far from the elevators.
