To start with I was charged a higher rate than what I booked upon arrival! Water was cold. Every shower we took was not warm. It was cold or either scorching hot. I was told there was not a problem with the water so basically I was lying, and my grandchildren were lying to mention, they were out of toilet paper in the entire hotel so we had to use Kleenex. Not sure if I will be staying at this hotel again my concerns and issues that I had were basically dismissed by the manager of the property she could care less about what I had to say.

We booked a room with a tub because my husband play basketball and needed to soak. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel because of the tub and the size. When we arrived we were told that many of the rooms were renovated and no longer had tubs and the rooms that did weren't available. Probably should mention that on the site.

Our two day stay was spectacular in terms of property maintenance and ambiance. They have a cute coffee and tea corner in the North building near the lounge which was great. Downside was the club at Sheraton was hardly maintained there were no snacks and their coffee machine was not working and had no milk to make cappuccinos. Informing the front desk Marissa didn’t really help as there was no action taken even though we extended and stayed on New Years Eve. The hotel does a good job at what you book but has no extras even if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member.
