Beachfront Home with Waves and Sunset Views
We were there for our son’s wedding, great location. Beautiful view and clean home (only one thing I noted that needs to be addressed). Would come back. 4-Stars given due to the difficulty of entering guard gate (even after signing contract for 2-cars and family members names). This took time (2-days in) to take care of and finally got straightened out, but when you’re on vacation this is the last thing you should be worrying about (plus I had my Son’s wedding to tend to).

Great location/technical difficulties
We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and having the ocean right out the back door was just what we wanted. It had everything we needed. The only issue we had was getting our guest through the gate. The guard gate did not have their info and it was almost impossible to get someone from property management to call them directly. Calling Vacasa, they gave me the run around. It was the guard who gave me a direct number to someone who ultimately got my guest in. All in all, we had an amazing stay and will definitely consider returning. We even had daily visits from a sea lion. So cute!

Phenomenal Beachfront Retreat!
We stayed here for a few nights for out anniversary and it very much met expectations. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and the views - especially of the sunset - were as advertised. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks at night while watching seals, dolphins, pelicans, right from the back door. Everything for check in was straightforward - the property could've been a little cleaner, but it was adequate and had absolutely everything needed. I will say that the high tide comes up close so sometimes there was no beach to walk on; but it was absolutely stellar when the tide was lower to walk along the beach from the back door. So if you are expecting kids to always get to play in the sand, this might not work out that way. Would definitely stay in this unique place in a great location again!

Fantastic location
Perfect location on the beach. Easy access to highways and local restaurants. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves crashing and enjoying coffee on the patio with a perfect view.

Great location and view, check in was a pain
The property was very nice, the view of the ocean is great. It was a challenge getting the right form to per-registar my car, I finally got it, after multiple emails and phone calls and filled it out only to learn at the guard gate to get in, they hadn't received it. I called the number and it took about 20 minutes to get it worked out, so not a huge deal but frustrating. The nice lounge chairs from the photo weren't on the deck. The deck furniture could use some updating as to be more clean and comfortable. The stairs down to the ocean were a nice add that we weren't expecting. The unit inside was clean and nice, but could use more towels, PT, TP and kitchen linens.

Beautiful Location
This was the perfect location for a staycation with out of town guests. Unit was accurate to the pictures. Small issue with the check in for the guard gate but it was resolved in a timely manner. The lock on one of the sliding doors did not work and management responded with a lock to secure the door. Beach chairs that were at the unit were not in very good shape so we brought our own. Would definitely book again for an easy staycation!

Private and family friendly beach house
This beach house provides everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. I really like the privacy of having an ocean front house with a private beach access. I love the open layout of the house and its modern style. Having a private sand area for my kids made our stay more enjoyable. And there were plenty of sand toys and beach chairs. The house was clean when we arrived, kitchen was fully stocked and lots of towels was provided. Although , the lounge chair that was advertised was not on the deck. It would have been nice to have at least one because the iron chairs were not comfortable. But I appreciate the folding beach chairs that we ended up using. We would definitely come back. What a great beach house to watch the sunset and fall asleep listening to the crashing waves. Thank you for the a great experience and great memories. The Ruvalcaba Family"

Amazing Ocean View
We loved the large common area with sliding glass doors that literally had you just a few feet away from the waves of the sea with a sandy area right outside of the home to park beach chairs, build endless amounts of sand castles and bury treasures. Bathroom situation wasn’t ideal for 8 people since one of the two bathrooms was in the master and did not have a door for privacy. Definitely the entire home could have been a lot cleaner. Regardless, the beach made it worth while, we had a GREAT time!

Overall good experience, we were led to believe there was a parking spot for every bedroom, but that’s not the case with this unit. One shortcoming is the outdoor water has been isolated so there’s no way to rinse off your feet before going inside

WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!!
This properties location is as good as it gets! We loved being able to walk out the back patio and be right on the beach. The home was well equipped and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be coming back!

The only thing going for this property is the view. You are affectively living in someone’s basement where the ceiling fans are on timers, the dishes are dirty, the bed is broken and wood slats are protruding out, the shower is either scolding hot or ice cold. The house has zero character or anything to make you feel like you’re in a beach house - Feels like a trailer with an ocean view. You’re better off camping at doheny than pretending you’re at a beach house.

Perfect Vacation
We really enjoyed the house. The beach access has changed quite a bit from the pictures and these should be updated. We like that the beach takes a little effort to get to as we have 3 littles ones and this made it seem safer having the kids playing in the sand out back. The house had everything we needed and was very nice and clean. We love the location and privacy. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic views and beach
We really had an excellent time on the beach and just enjoying views from the main area of the house. Overall I would just say a few very minor things could use some attention. For instance, many beach toys were broken just toss them and provide less in my opinion. Some of the dishes were cracked and the electric wok was literally falling apart. The lights were challenging to figure out maybe a label maker would help? The vacuum spit sand and dust all over us in the first use so we swept the rest of the time. We only had 4 total rolls of TP for 6 people for a week, definitely bring some TP so you don’t find yourself without. Like I said before very minor “issues” if you can really call them that. Overall absolutely worth the money. There were great places to eat at the marina and down on the pier. Close to grocery without feeling like you’re in the middle of shopping space. Parking is much better than we have experienced in other locations we had plenty of room to get everyone in and out of cars. Trash was close by very easy access. Most gate attendants were very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay overall and thank you for the stay!
