Upon check in, we were greeted by a house with no running water. Due to the time, and inability to connect with the local property manager, we did not have running water for over 12 hours after check in. The larger 3rd party group that this house used claimed they were unable to do anything without the local property manager - who did not contact us back for over 8 hours. Once the water was turned on, most of the trip became uneventful, and fine.
Some of the rooms were cleaned poorly, as we frequently found hair in sinks, and a partially filled liquor bottles in a cupboard. Many pieces of furniture were damaged, included legs missing from a bed, and some chairs.
I have reached out to the rental company that listed this through VRBO, and through 5 days, have still not heard back.
