Not bad if you want to be on the ocean in a low-budget hotel. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Room was simple but serviceable. Breakfast was yogurt and mini-muffins.

This.was the 2nd time extending our stay for a few reasons, 1- Ralph the front desk staff was great. He was patient and courteous with showing the different room options that were available and when ee decided on staying in our current room, helped us workout the difference for the payment. 2- Kelly the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. She ensured we had plenty of supplies and would ask if we wanted the room cleaned 3- the staff keeps this hotel quiet, safe and clean. Only problem we had was having to walk up the stair every time cause the elevator broke down but hey, things break especially here at the beach. The hotel amenities ( fire pitt, hot tub and pool are a good distraction along with being right on the beach is wonderful. The hotel staff and all it has to offerr still make it a 5 star hotel.

Very good relaxing stay. Len and the other frontdesk staff are very friendly and accomaditing. The housekeeping ( They are from beautiful Columbia) are very helpful and friendly. Love the hot tub and firepitt. Even though this hotel is always full, it is very quiet.

My wife and I were impressed to find a smaller beach front resort type hotel. Pool, hot tub, deck, beach access were great. The rooms were quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Much prefer smaller places like this because at larger hotels, these areas or amenities are almost always in use and often crowded. The hotel was full each night we were there and we never even met anyone on the elevator. Would definitely stay again if in the Ormond beach area.

The breakfast is very poor compared to all other hotels and the coffee machine was not working. There is a strong odor of propane gas coming from the boiler room next to the breakfast room, we reported to the front desk, no actions taken, the smell continue.

This property wasn’t fancy by any means, but it provided exactly what we needed. We had clean towels, a bed to sleep in and a nice hot tub! Easy access to the ocean was the best accommodation we were looking for and it didn’t disappoint.

You can definitely tell it’s an older hotel but was clean. Hot tub was great and got very hot. Would definitely stay again easy access to ocean very little parking can’t really complain

We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room but the pillows and mattress need to be replaced and need a trash can in the room there was a small one in the bathroom but that was all plus the outdoor lounge chairs were all broken

Great location, no hassle beach front property. Loved our room with a king bed and patio. Room had a fridge and microwave. I plan to save the room number for next time.

The stay was fine. The only issue i had was the shower was clogged or seemed to be clogged. Im pretty sure they know about it or just don't care but other than it was ok. The mini refrigerator was rocky. It smelled of gas like when an eye on the stove inst turned all the way off really strong.

The rooms are far from beautiful. Quite sure they would fail for anyone with high standards. The advertised "kitchen" consisted of a small fridge and a microwave. I will stick to the plus sides. There were only a handful of other guests so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The watered down coffee kept my heart from racing too much from having 3 cups instead of my usual 1. I appreciated the fact that they had placed a dehumidifier in my room. I wish that i had known the first day that it was full and not running until i looked it over. The knock on the door at midnight by a semiattractive woman.... who met my wife and said sorry wrong room was comical.... I would stay here again but feel that their prices should be 1/4 the current rate for what they are offering
