Hotel was okay but our room had german roaches. I read some other reviews that said the same thing but I took a chance anyway and they were correct. Also, the indoor pool is kinda sketchy.

why have coffee amenities when there wasn’t a coffee pot could not use the microwave without unplugging the refrigerator; it was advertised that there was breakfast available and there wasn’t any breakfast; we requested lower level room with balcony and we ended up high level balcony, and someone was banging on our door early in the morning due to them being in the wrong floor; hearing drunks outside; it was not a good experience

Will not stay here again.

Within 5 minutes of walking into our executive room we saw a cockroach climbing the door leading to our balcony. Walked into the bathroom only to see a second cockroach in the shower. Opened the cabinet above the microwave and someones chewed up gum was stuck in there. All kinds of hair stuck to the shower walls from previous guests and no lie a booger stuck to the wall as you enter the bathroom. Will not stay here again. Only positive was staff was friendly and ocean view was spectacular. They did give us a different room after complaining to the front desk.

The hotel was old and dirty and there was bugs in the room and the hotel staff didn't care. They also towed another guests car and refused to compensate the family.

Pictures definitely made this place look nicer than it really was. Stunk like ‘herbs’ the entire stay, floors were sandy, doors and windows not sealed properly, ac unit was super loud and didn’t blow any heat when needed during cold snap.

Dont stay be warned!

Horrible. Policy says no smoking including the balconies. We couldnt use our balcony because of the heavy cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke from the other balconies. Bathroom sink barely drained and the stopper was broken. Rusty frames very run down. Would never stay again.

The hotel room I stayed in did not have heat, it blew cold air. The hotel key card did not work 3 times out of the 5 nights I was there. I was on the 8th floor and front desk to get a new key card was on the 1st floor.

Hotel on beach. Stairs to beach were NOT there, had to walk around the parking lot thru locked gate to walk on beach. Good hot water pressure, tall spacious refrigerator, good lighting, big king bed with lots of pillows, phone did NOT work, toaster only half worked, good towels, nice convenient small eatery w/ breakfast & lunch menu
