Great place

The only thing we could of used was silverware we bought some and left it there!! Also more toilet paper would of been great! But overall everything was great!

I’ll be back

Came here for a rock festival but didn’t want to stay inland because… well, it’s Daytona Beach. Great view, comfortable beds, easy access to the beach. The only problem we had was that we weren’t told we needed to stop by a property management office off-property before we got there and wound up walking there with our bags. They did find out we were walking and picked us up part way there. Otherwise, it was just what we needed.

Perfect location and amazing condo space

Overall we had a great trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. We had 3 problems though. The washer only washes on boiling hot so it ruined several items of of clothing, the air isn’t as strong in the guest bedroom as in the rest of the condo, and the master shower drain doesn’t drain fast enough. Plumber came to fix tub and told me the drain holes were too small. No attempt to fix the washer.

Nice Property Located on the Beach

Positives: The apartment was pretty clean and very well stocked. Had pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups, etc... that we needed. Many extra towels. Comfortable chairs and beds. The main bathroom, kitchen, and living room floors looks to be newly renovated. Location was very good, being on the beach, and also having a pool. Free parking spot within the building garage. Very nice, large balcony with ocean view. Negatives: There was an odor in the apartment, and the carpets in both bedrooms look to be old and need to be changed. Also, the rugs in the living room look like they could be changed. The 2nd (master) bathroom has not been updated, and could use some updating, such as adding towel hooks or shelving (no where to put towels or toiletries), changing the shower curtain (many notches broken on the curtain), and fixing the toilet (kept sticking closed). I think these minor changes would do a lot for the apartment. Overall, it's a decent place. Made our vacation very comfortable and enjoyable.

Delivered as promised! Excellent stay!

Very pleased with our stay. Communication was easy and prompt. We accidentally left both sets of keys in the condo after office hours and they were very prompt in letting us in. We would definitely recommend and will most definitely return!
