Magnifiquement nommé Lakefront maison dans un quartier calme, avec piscine et bain à remous

Récemment rénové et équipé pour tous vos besoins. Cette magnifique maison donne sur un joli petit lac calme avec un quai. Une piscine et un bain à remous parfaitement dimensionnés, situés dans une zone blindée véranda. Parfait pour ceux qui recherchent la paix et la tranquillité. 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et de magnifiques espaces à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour des réunions familiales tranquilles. S'il vous plaît noter que ce n'est pas une maison de fête, nos voisins nous sont très chers, aussi car il a une piscine et un bain à remous et est au bord du lac avec toutes les variations de la faune en Floride, (y compris les alligators) cette maison n'est pas recommandée pour les enfants moins de 12 ans. Ma principale préoccupation est le bien-être de vos enfants.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes à pied de Sunshine Bowling Center. Gorgeous home and very well appointed. Comfortable beds. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very nice. The screen enclosed pool area overloooking the quiet lake was very relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved staying here and will definitely return! Thank you again!!

This property is exactly as the pictures. It’s view in the back facing the lake is spectacular in the morning sunrise. Shopping was nearby. And the local restaurant were really good ( the fish house)I really and truly enjoyed my stay here.

Wonderful!
Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. The house is well decorated, modern and clean. Everything we needed was available and great quality (towels, linens, dishes, utensils, etc). We truly enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Peaceful and serene. Location is great, only a short drive to downtown DeLand, or any restaurant or big box store you may need. Can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property!

Excellent, beautiful well kept home, perfect for families.
Stayed here for a wedding with friends and family. Excellent location overlooking a peaceful lake. Debbie is a great, proactive communicator. Her home is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Perfect layout and lots of rooms for people to gather but yet have their own space. Debbie puts a lot of thought and effort to make everything special. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful Stay in a Fabulous House
We can’t say enough about this special home. Our stay was a truly luxurious experience. The house is situated on a peaceful, serene lake with fabulous sunrises! We even had the pleasure of a visiting otter on the home’s boat platform. The home, located in a quiet neighborhood, is gorgeous, and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking appliances and gadgets you could want. The screened pool area with its gas firepit provides a serene and relaxing spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail, read a book, or simply nap! There was plenty for us to do in the area. The downtown area is a few miles away providing plenty of places to eat and shop – and a wonderful art museum. New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach are each just a half-hour drive away. Kennedy Space Center is just a little over an hour away for a fun and enlightening experience – plan to spend the whole day! Be sure to have breakfast or lunch at “The Perfect Spot” restaurant at DeLand airport – a short drive away - and watch the skydivers float down to earth just steps away. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Paris Circus, which was in town the week of our stay. Our host was friendly and attentive and always available via text. We’d surely stay at this lovely home again should our journeys bring us this way in the future.

Amazing home, myself and 4 co-workers had a project we were working in the area and stayed for a week. The house had everything we needed and then some. Communication with Debbie was great and we enjoyed ourselves even though it was a work trip. I would recommend this home to anyone that was looking for a quiet house on the lake.

Rolex 24 at Daytona weekend
Had a great weekend attending the Rolex 24. The house was a perfect place to get some rest when not at the track being a short drive away and away from race traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Beds were clean and super comfortable. Although didn't get to enjoy it much, the patio, pool and lake front were very nice. Great view.

Beautiful Lake House
This home was exactly as described. Beautiful view over the lake, a peaceful lanai with pool, hot tub, plants and lots of seating. The home is very comfortable and well laid out for personal privacy and coming together. Take walks in the neighborhood. Close to tons of things to do in and around DeLand. Also close to groceries, restaurants. Host very supportive. Great communication throughout.

Getting away from cold
This is a great home in a nice neighborhood. The house is spacious and clean, with lots of amenities. It’s beautifully decorated and well cared for. Hot tub got a lot of use. Deb is a wonderful host, keeping in touch and making our stay best possible. We loved every minute of our vacation. I would highly recommend this property and will return when we can.

A stay you you won’t forget!
Absolutely lovely stay. My family and I went there for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. With many of great things to do staying in the home for the holiday was absolutely perfect and the host also offered suggestions which we took on while out. If you were looking for a home where your family can camp in and just be together, there are plenty of things to do. Great spacing throughout the home where family can gather in different different areas while others are enjoying the outdoors whether it be fishing or hot tub. Evening nights by the fire pit this has all need. A must if you’re in the area!!

Relaxation Retreat
We wanted to “get away” for just a nice, relaxing short stay in a home that had a nice kitchen, pool/spa, comfortable couches for watching TV series and 2 King bedrooms. This place fit our bill to the T! Debbie had done a beautiful job decorating and making sure guests have everything they need and more! The lakefront view was a huge bonus and the lanai set up was so nice. We didn’t want to leave, such a lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Thank you Debbie for your quick communication and offering such a nice experience.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful property. I would 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. The host Deb was wonderful and attentive. I never leave reviews because I'm not not good at it. All i can say is you won't be disappointed if you rent this property.

A beautiful peaceful home away from home
This Property had everything we envisioned our vacation would be and more. The interior design was fabulously decorated and felt relaxing. After a long hot day site seeing in the florida sunshine it was nice to take a swim or relax in the spa. Sometimes just as nice to sit by the fire and view the lake nearby. Highly recommend for those that want to relax in a safe quieter location.

This property, with its locale, was within comfortable driving distance to Daytona Beach and Orlando, where most of our activiies were. It is a well-worth-the-splurge rent; we stayed for over a week. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub, which are situated on the beautiful lanai that overlooked the lake. Spacious and airy, this house and its décor made us feel right at home! I personally enjoyed using a double oven - very energy efficient. We worked on and finished two large puzzles while there, played chess - classic chess board set up on the large entry table - and got into the board games provided. We'll miss you, Norma (the Rumba vacuum that made an appearance each day).
