The space
Large yard with plenty of room to run and play!

You will see lots of wildlife. Bald eagles, ducks, deer, geese, and the occasional red fox sighting at dawn or dusk. For their safety, do not let small children roam unattended outside, as we have a very large yard.

The property is sprayed weekly from May to October to minimize the mosquito annoyance, but insect repellant is recommended.

Note: Both bathrooms are located on second level of the home (3 steps above ground level)

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and a few acres of maintained lawn for outdoor activities. Please be respectful of any locked doors or buildings, as this is our storage space.

Please keep all vehicles (including boats and trailers) on the gravel driveway and spacious parking area provided, at all times.

The property is a work in progress. We are fixing up things here and there, taking some old fences down, cleaning out old structures, etc. We ask that guests stay away from the very back of the property where the barns are located as this is our work space.
Other things to note

PETS - Pets are approved on a case by case basis. You are required to add your pet onto your reservation at the time of booking to obtain approval. If you bring your pet, without approval, you will be charged an additional fee of $250.

- Keep dogs OFF all furniture and bedding. Pets pose a health issue for some of our guests, so please be respectful and bring your own dog bed to ensure your pet's comfort during your stay. **If pet hair is found on any bedding, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $150. This is strictly enforced.**

- If my housekeeper finds damage to any property (inside or out), including chewed furniture, and/or missing, displaced or damaged items, you will be charged a damage fee of no less than $150.

4 security cameras are located on the outside premises of the property. One is pointing at the driveway/parking lot and side entryway of house, one is pointing at the shop buildings on the very back of the property, one is pointing towards the pasture area on the left of the house, and one is pointed on the driveway entrance at the road. This is live feed only when the home is occupied with renters; however, recording may be activated when the house is vacant. There is absolutely no surveillance or view of any private space within the perimeters of the enclosed property, as we believe privacy is of the utmost importance for our guests. The cameras are there strictly for security and safety reasons, as we need to be able to monitor weather conditions as well as people coming onto the property when it is not occupied by renters. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
