Would not recommend

No one was there to check in when we arrived. We waited almost 30 min. The place was beat up and dirty. Our door hardly shut. Our tv was in Spanish and they couldn’t help us fix it

I've stayed at other Comfort Inn's that have had more options served for breakfast. The ice machine not working on the floors and had to go down to the lobby to get it.

Not good!!

The hotel was very dirty. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The ceiling tiles were missing and looked like it was going to fall at any moment!! The room was dirty and even seen a cockroach on the bed the mowing we checked out. Won’t be staying there again!!!

Good location and a very clean and quiet property. We stayed here because of the pool and hot tub photos and it really went beyond expectations. The pool area was as clean as any I’ve seen and very well maintained. The breakfast was also great and coffee available 24/7 is a bon nice touch you don’t see everywhere. We will certainly stay here again in future.

Hotel staff was excellent. Location was amazing. The only complaint we had is we stayed monday-friday. Not one time did anyone offer cleaning services. Not one knock on door for clean towels or toilet paper, or a broom for sweeping. I did leave a note on door for clean towels. Had to get towels and toilet paper fro. Front desk. I had to empty our trash daily.housekeeping was very slack.

I’m a frequent traveler and I have never stayed at a hotel that has given me an ick as bad as this one. Stains on the bed sheets and pillows, moldy bathroom ceilings, outdated safety items, a dirty bathtub that made me cough uncontrollably, oh and the worst part BUGS!! I have big bug bites followed by red streaks all over my body. The streaks keep spreading so I’m going to seek medical attention. I was supposed to stay here for three nights, but after the first I was done and immediately booked a hotel somewhere else. The hotel is denying my refund, and Expedia isn’t helping my issue. Currently looking to seek legal action. Would NOT recommend this hotel…
