One of the best BnBs I’ve stayed at, both in the US and Europe. Charming historic house with all the details just so. Except the bed - the modern mattress very comfy and the pillows and linens extra soft. Creative and interesting breakfast served by a very friendly family that keeps the Western vibe going (the proprietor even manages small rodeos). The BnB is located close to the historic Molly Brown house and a complex of museums that cover regional history and art. A bus stop next door provides easy access to the rest of Denver.

My husband and I really enjoyed our anniversary stay. Our room was comfortable and cozy. Every one was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing both days. We really appreciated the all we could drink french press coffee! We are already trying to come up with excuses to stay again!

The property is unique and individual. It has tremendous history and a lovely house to stay in. Much more interesting than an hotel room. Loved the breakfasts in the garden and Carl and Bailey could not do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again.
