I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The price for Valet parking price was a bit ridiculous. Wish that was stated on Expedia site. Also, don’t like that for it to be valet, they just park your car in alley. Last thing I did not appreciate was housekeeping rushing us out of our room before check out. Check out was at 11 AM and they were already knocking at our door at 8 AM.

Would have received 5 stars but the young lady serving at the bar really needs an attitude adjustment. No interaction with customers, head down looking at her phone, had to get her attention then it was like I was an inconvenience. The rest of the staff from front desk, breakfast area and housekeeping were 5 star.

The hotel was clean and the bedroom was large. However, the bedrooms are only cleaned every other day. Unlike a Holiday Inn Express it did not have computers available for guests to check into flights, nor did it offer free bottled water.

Nice Hotel. Terrible service.
The hotel its self was very nice, but service was poor. House keeping tried entering our room 3 times even though we told them we did not want/need service. They would actually enter our room starting at 8am, but the extra lock stopped them from full coming in. This happened 3 times even though when they knocked I would say “no thank you”. Front desk was rude to other employees while checking in. Valet was amazing and had great customer service.
