Our stay was great other then they had someone sitting in the hallway most of the night whistling, thought that was a little odd. Bed was hard and pillows were lumpy but other then that it was a great hotel.

They have an issue with their ventilation that causes horribly loud noise through the bathroom vent. If you are like me and can’t sleep with a noise that sounds like someone knocking all night tell the check in person and get a room at the back of the hotel. They do not move us when we complained about the noise. They even pretended it might be our neighbours. On check-out the staff member knew exactly what I was talking about and. Said “ next time ask for a room at the back.” There won’t be a “next time” for us. They should have moved us night 1 of our 3 night stay and they didn’t. But everything else was nice… so now you know to ask for the right location. And perhaps if enough people refuse the noisy rooms they’ll actually fix the issue.

The hotel was great. The staff was all friendly. My only two complaints is the breakfast needed a better variety of foods and the pillows were lumping and hard, but other than that our stay was great and definitely will be staying again when back in Colorado.

First I must say the place was very clean and always smelling fresh at all times. Breakfast was ok but there is room for improvement need more variety of food to choose from. Front desk staff was the best very friendly and polite, housekeeping was good but still needs improvement. My stay was good overall I would give the hotel a 8/10 and I would definitely return and recommend this place to everybody to stay.

Ok for the price

Was in town for a funeral and it was close to family. Hotel needs new carpet and paint through out. The room carpet was stained and looked like it needed a good cleaning and the furniture was really beat up. Jacuzzi was warm but didn't work (no bubbles) and the paint was peeling in it. Staff was good and very attentive when checking in and out and when asked for extra towels.

This hotel was very good for the value. The room was clean the beds comfortable. The location was quiet. They were able to provide a toothbrush and extra blanket when asked. Downside was the pillows were very lumpy. All of them. I even asked for new pillows but they were lumpy too. Breakfast options were limited and not appealing.

The stay itself was really nice, updated facilities and rooms everything was clean as well. I needed assistance from the staff and was met with mixed attitudes but ultimately got my concerns resolved. I get it, people are human and I dont think it took away from the stay there. I appreciate the hospitality i experience.
